Merlin Complete Auto Care

Ran over a chunk of truck tire on 94 on my way home from work and had something dragging. Stopped in to see if they could take care of it before I got to insurance. They put my car on the lift and brought me out to show me the piece of plastic that was hanging and gave me some options. Easiest solution was just to cut it off which they generously offered to do free of charge. I was on my way again in minutes, can’t recommend them enough!

Merlin folks took great care of my car. I had a Catalytic converter replaced on my camry. Work from Merlin is always first rate. They were very timely in completing the work as well. I trust these guys.

Got charged 2400 for a repair on a fuel pump and valve. Picked my truck back up to have the check engine pop back on within 2 minutes. Took back my truck next available time and they wanted to charge me another 400 to fix some sensor that they clearly broke while doing the other repair and only offered 10% discount because they “partially” caused the damage. Then only offered 15% off after brief argument. Also this place leaves the diagnostic fee even if you go through with repairs with them. Highly recommend somewhere else.

Went for a routine oil change and was made aware of potential issues that will need to be addressed soon so I can plan ahead to work them into our budget. Was advised on what to prioritize first and what could wait a bit if can't afford everything all at once. It's this kind of service that I appreciate and not only has me returning but recommending Merlin's to family and friends. Keep up the great work, Mike and crew!
